"M#" is an acronym and symbol meant to serve as a badge of honor, and motherhood credential, just as other professionals may use as their career or educational status. i.e., MD, PhD, JD etc. It is an expression of pride, value and tribute for being the vessel of life for the world. Every mom will include the number of children they have behind the "M" and show their motherhood pride.
